the stroker sucks down a lot more juice.. and the gen's are lighter.. some of the new gen motors in the states run on 4 cylinders in the city, and when highway driving, but all 8 when your just driving them normally.. Holden have plans to start importing stuff like this in the future.. So they're building the relationship up now!

And i can vouch for MadVK308's car.. that is one fine hunk of holden glory..

I have respect for all cars even fords , if someone is willing to put the time & effort into there pride & joy & make it different improve on it then it desserves recognition. But i personally would only be putting time & effort into a holden because thats my only prefference. Most people bag **** only because they have never had/driven 1. But once you've had an 8 theres no going back. [4me anyway]

Heres a pic of my engine. Took it today with my phone, thats why its so small, lol. I was going to write specs, but ive already posted them up in other threads as well . And as my profile says, its a 372 cuber and running about 11:1 comp...... Motor should be going in this week and hopefully the car will be on the road by next week Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

it was interesting to see the power curves for the gen3s at the dyno day when i got 202rwkws, mine was between 10-20rwkws up throughout the whole rev range till it peaked at 4900rpm and leveled of when the gen3s kept going and peaked at 5500ish at 210-230rwkws

as with all car mods, how deep are your pockets! EFI top end would bring it alive big time (heads, cam, extractors, harrop/torque power manifold) work it with your carb. wouldnt cost that much if you sold the carb bits to offset some of the price
