I don't think I'd like having a battery in the cabin - the Boot is near pushing it. Space savers illegal?

I want to put in a boot install using your measurements....but I am a bit confused as to how it goes into the boot. Is that up the way it goes in the boot? Also how have you secured it all in place? Cheers Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
