Sound slike u had the samew problems i had... i done pretty much everything here, as well, as replace the whole wiring loom from the ECU to the Engine, and its worked fine ever since... it then stopped again last month, but we change the ignigtion module on the dizzy, and its work fine ever since. I had this problem for a month last year, and it magically started, and a week this year, which was when i replaced the wiring loom... this problem seems to be common, do a seach, you'll find it all over the place, including on skyline forums, even occours in old skylines with the rb30's Good luck mate, hope it works out Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

don't ya hate it when its got everything it needs, but it just won't work! Got a old 250cc 2 stroke motorbike that was working, then suddenly stopped. Its getting heaps of fuel, and heaps of spark, heaps of compression. nothing looks wrong with it, but it just refuses to start!. lol well, if u want to check if the injectors are putting out fuel, take it off the manafold, and turn over a few times and see if petrol goes everywhere. Might recomend taking the power connector off the coil also when doing that Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

When my vl stopped starting, apparently i had no injector pulse. confirmed this when i put a pulse light in place and it didnt light up. The loom was very easy to change, everything plugs back in to there normal spot. I took my wiring loom for the engine bay out of an N/A Exec. All i had to take off the old loom was the Knock Sensor. I sat at my car for days, and my dad sat back 'it'll never start'. when i changed the wiring loom, it only took just under 2 hours, dunno, wasnt really paying attention, was eager to get the car going. When I did have the loom in and in place, started the car, 1st turn, and didnt miss a beat Im not saying the loom is the choice, but i had the problem twice, and, both at the same time of year, in june... so if for some stupid reason my car stop's starting in june, im gonna scream. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

have injector pulse, was the first thing i checked, took the injector of the na vl and hooked it to the loom, and what fuel it did have in it spat out! i have everything, fuel spark etc just want go broom for more than 5 second's it does kick over and start, but just stops i'm worried that the vl calais alarm might be causing problems! is there a way to disable it and the 2 boxes under the drivers side of the dashboard what are they what do they do?

monsta you must READ to much. Notice where it said " they worked before but now they don't" In another part that you have highlighted it stated that he didn't have 12 volts. he didn't say I have 0 volts. He asked if anyone had similiar problems and I put it to him that this MAY be the problem. I didnt say it WAS the problem. Oh yeah I'll go down to opsm if you want me to but I'm a do'er not a study as many books as I can read person. This is the reason why people with knowledge dont bother making comments on this site- because of heroes like yourself. Congrat on finding problem Poohkies

My responses were based on CURRENT information given by Poohkies. Your response....... Therefore if the symptoms are at no throttle like mine was at say half throttle you can not start it. Make sense?? ......was based on information 10 or more posts previous to what was happening currently. I'm an industrial sparkie and troubleshoot electrical problems everyday. If i'm labelled a hero for trying to help Calais Turbo members using the experience i have in this area, so be it.
