Spotted - Roe Hwy, Joondalup, a few times in Noranda and Cannington. We seem to think that a P Plater bought it late 2004 and used to live somewhere around Morley Senior High School as it was spotted around there a couple of times in the past. I believe it's still around. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Nah not at all. I do get the occasional sighting from friends around Perth but it's always the case of they are going one way and the car is gone past the other way and it's too late by the time they turn around. I'm still adamant that it's been re-birthed and floating around Perth. I've been busy building another beast in the meantime ..... WATCH THIS SPACE - She's Nearly Done .... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

She started her life as a BT1 and went to HDT under Collorafi in 1989/90 for the complete HDT treatment and outsourced the intercooler work to Phil Ward. Done 90,000 genuine kms. Ran a 10 sec at Oran Park. Some of the parts (eg. Spot lights and Steering wheel), I located in Japan and the USA. Used as much NOS as possible and paid premium for some parts. Some parts came from New Zealand, VIC, Queensland and NSW and even from up in Geraldton. I don't want to add up how much it's all cost me. I've been restoring her now for 4 years. Now I'm trying to fix what name deleted screwed up with my trims and wiring. (If you want to know who screwed it up and what a bunch of cowboys they are then PM me as ADMIN has deleted the name of the company - Alternatively, if you're a member of BROCKCOMMODORES, you can see the substandard workmanship / pictures and naming and shaming of this company that takes your money, promises you the world, then don't deliver) At this time, I'm embarrassed to show you pics of the interior as they took a HDT interior and messed it up. I was lucky that I managed to purchase the last of the Group A velour from HDT (there is no more) to rectify the mess that *Bleep* Car Stereo (Morley and Cannington) made of my interior. I hate them for everything they put me through emotionally and financially. I'm also certain they substituted some parts on my car given the car was with them for 3 months whilst I was overseas and they received the car from Sydney after I purchased it to do work on it whilst I was overseas. No proof except comparing pictures of the car interior when she was in Sydney versus those taken after I picked her up when this mob had supposedly finished doing work on it whilst I was away. Every part looked brand spanking new in the pics from Sydney. Then when I picked her up from this mob, I noticed the difference in things like seat belt buckles and centre console - They definitely had been replaced. Couple of blokes who worked there with VLs. All fixed now and I put it behind me but I will warn anyone of this mob if they wish to PM me. BTW: If you're in Perth you should see her in MOTORVATION 09. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

It was spotted a couple of times around Morley Senior High after school but no one could give chase. I contacted the school but no response. Since then it's been spotted but impossible to work out a schedule or routine to stake out. Let's be reasonable about this, how many factory 5 speed Calais are there in Encumbine Blue left in Perth WA? I wish I had a friend who was a cop that could do the research for me on that one. There wouldn't be many. AND I could probably narrow that search down to various suburbs where she has been seen the most as well.
