From 100-160km/h is fairly quick but from then it just goes up fairly gradually, just pushes and pushes, prob got around 5700rpm or so, cant remember, wasnt really looking at the dash either i was too freaked to take my eyes off the road, was just hanging on tight to the wheel. Cut our trip down by about 5 mins easily though LOL (hardly worth it is it!) Had to do it just once though. Your looking at prolly another 20km/h + on top of your 200 now you have taken that uber wing off?

yeh i used to get the same out of my n/a when used it manualy(usual everyday driving) and top speed was 185km..and weirdly just 200km with a boot full of stuff(might of just been less wind or something) screaming its box off Quote: Originally Posted by VLRB30ETT Nah man, there is a prob with my Drive gear it only does 50ks in first (which is at 3500rpm.) so one day i thought I'll see what she can really rev out to if i put in manual 1st gear and i got it to 90ks (5500rpm) and 130-140 (5500rpm) in manual secon through the gears and just clicked it into drive after that. Then the quater mile ended, have never been game enough to gone any quicker So i don't know what top speed i could do? Anyone think they can guess what it could do?

I don't rev mine out to see how far i can rev it. For drags off lights i put the azuto in first and rev to 5500rpm, then change into second. VL's i think redline at 6200rpm?? That correct?

Well i am probably just another lieing idiot who talks big but any ways i had my VL off the clock, so it managed at least to get to 200 even if the speedo is out, cause it went a fair way past it, And for reving it out i did it once by accident (every one saying how ****head) when i was doin a really decent burnout and it was at about the 6ish mark which i know is stupid and i dont believe i will ever do that to my crapbox baby again. But its already been said alot i just wanted to add some more useless text lol

Yeah it wasnt a standard vl and there were 2 other cars there trying to clock it...which was explained already...believe what u want. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i had my n/a 5 speed off the clock in 4th still had 5th gear to go, and it just keeps pulling, complements of a big LUMPY CAM lol now its turbo and goes off the clock in 4th with 5psi ever quicker, alot scarier though it feels faster than it actually is
