ive got 17 inch vt ss rims... 235 wide tires.... scrubs on the inside of the right wheel and the outside of the left wheel with non lipped guards... i should be able to fit an adjustable panhard rod without lipping my guards , or should i just lipped my gaurds anyway?...i know a new panhard rod is a must

yeh there are few places, not any that i know of but you can try suspension/wheel joints. i did my guerds the other night, like a ****head i couldnt wait to do it properly because i wanted to put my new rims on, so i grabbed a big ass metal hammer, wrapped the metal in soft material, and banged the **** out of the guards lol, dumbest thing you can do but hey, it actually worked, no paint chips wat so ever or cracks, im pretty happy and took me no longer then about 4 minutes each guard of hard hitting Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Tried this about 5 minutes ago with the rubber mallet, on the rear, was going at one arch for a decent 30minutes and was getting hardly anywhere, i might have a go with a crowbar wrapped in cloth agaisnt the wheel otherwise ill pay to get it done, the rubber mallet was just way to soft. I cant believe you got it flush against the arch like you did. I popped my tyre cutting it in and now dont want to fk the new tyres lol *I used a sanding block wrapped in cloth as the dolley could this be the problem, to soft? Didnt like the idea of metal up against my paint

Bought a heat gun yesterday from Bunnings for $60 dollars, then had a crack at rolling the guards this morning. I didn't have a rubber mallet and didn't particularly care if I scratched the inside of the guard so I just used a metal hammer. Used 2.5kg weight wrapped in a t-shirt for the dolly. Working in small areas (5-7cm at a time) it took me about half an hour to roll both rear guards and it looks really really good! No more scrubbing either Will give the inside of the guard a quick spray with some black/primer and fix it eventually when I get the car resprayed. Now it's silicone time! Thanks very much for the guide! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
