10-02-05, 22:12 GMT+10#52 Am about to purchase the AERO top rear spoiler - can you tell me how difficult this was to fit? Where does the wiring for the brake light come out from? And which part of the spoiler does it come out from?

I noticed the exact same thing mate. The engine bay DID get very hot - hotter than usual I thought. If you could fit twin thermo's in there that'd be perfect. Or if you got rid of the NizPro cooler - but I wouldn't cuz it's a very good cooler. Ben Visconte used to have one on his 10sec Harlequin VL Turbo.

The rear break light garnish is a cu!nt to fit. Simply because you've gotta pull all the roof lining (well the back part anyway) off to run the wires. Run this light with a relay to the same wire that operates your normal brake light.
It's not as easy as fittin' a boot spoiler or something like that.

28-03-05, 12:28 GMT+10#57 .. took the car down friday arvo.... leigh took the engine out an put the goodies into it.. droped it all in by sunday arvo.... only reason we couldnt drive it was cos a few injectors were leakin out the rail..... but all's lookin nice......
tyre on the trailer blew out 2 hrs into the trip.. an on the way back, man there are some steep mountains, overheated twice!..... problem is the rear roof mould.. the centre flew out on the way back.. never found it...
so if anyone knows were i can get the centre part from.. not the whole thing... its like 3 pieces...the two parts go on either side of the window then the centre with the light.. that part flew off.... can u buy it from holden or were ever you get the genuine kits from down there?
