so for scrutineering, you need the following: Helmet (Australian standards motobike helmets go for about 100 bucks. good for car use, **** for bikes as the risk is way up there, and you will probably hit your head on the A or B pillers in a car or roof, not your head directly on the ground if you were on a bike, so its 'safe' to race at calder with this ) No fluids leaking... so oil, water, etc. not that hard how do they test for this? by looking under the car for trace fluids? Battery in a secure place, ie: not in boot ide imagine. Anything else major? if the car gets on the road by then, it wont be show room, but it should be crazy either way. wondering if i should put in 2 bottles of octane boost, just to keep that detonation low. Anyone know where to buy toulene? that might be better! Hey sin, ide be interested in meeting up before calder if you like, so we can all cruise down together? maybe we can have a meetup point, and all head to calder, should be quite nice rocking up with 10 VLs Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

oh yeah, just wondering. you know the christmas tree lights, do you have to go exactly when its green, or can you go shortly after? not sure if you have to be in sync with the lights to actually get a good time, as they might have a timer pad in the launch pad. Also, what kind of tyres are good for good traction? Ive got a set of stockie 14s, set of interceptors, and my walkies. i think its 195, 205, 225 respectively. SO im wondering whats the most optimal grip combination. Just to further draw things out - do cops wait for people, so they can get ****ed when arriving or leaving calder? It would be really shocking to see another station pier incident, especially if your doing the right thing.

I'm busy in the morning anyway so I wouldn't have made it if I tried.

If u don't own a helmet, people usually borrow one off a mate... That was my plan last time i raced, but i forgot it!!!! so i ended up hiring one on the day from the management... So it was all good in the end Costs about $20 tho i think... 8O but it was better than driving home again :P C u there Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
