ring microtech (0298085233) and talk to them. they told me that when i order the computer they will set it up to use the sensors on my engine so you dont need to change any sensors . if you give them a call they will be able to tell you if it can be reset or adjusted or something.
Yep, i have got a diagram here, but if u get stuck i will hop in the car and drive out to nick-nock and sort it out. try getting that service from the microtech agent. Seriously, it is a piece of piss to wire if you know how to wire astereo you will be able to do it.

FASTVL - yeah an MT8 will run it - i was talking to microtech and they said that they would set the computer up to use all the standard sensors but if you get a second hand one i dont know if they will work, would probably depend on what type of car it was set up for.

Cheers,
John

Here's a different one for ya.
The Kalmaker dealer over here in WA has developed a wiring loom to convert the VL from the Nissan Computer to the GM Delco Computer. With this set up, you can then run a Kalmaker (GM Delco Replacement) Computer which allows you real time programming via a laptop. Or, you can have a chip written for a standard GM Computer which will include include boost inputs/control, water injection and a host of other features that can be programmed into these computers.
The GM delco computer has proven to be a pretty flexible computer as some of the big names like Judge to name one made some big (forced induction) horsepower with this computer. Kalmaker costs around $1000 with the replacement ECU and the software etc that goes with it. Then the loom would be extra on top of that.
