the build number and date in the hsv book are not real because i dont think they would put that kind of info in the book
post pics, get some photos of that days herald sun paper with the pics as well, next to the build date and id tag to really prove what he has got.
Granted he might have a limited edition VL, but all they are is a vl wtih woop-e-doo tags and an ego problem.
the fv20 doesnt really tickle my fancy. If your a collector and you wank over rarity, fair enough, but its all the same to me.
But i do have a niche for factory optioned cars that i adore, such as the aero , le, director and walky to name a few.

Check out the info on that website first. It is a copy of what originally appeared on HSV's website about the F20.
Never have i said that i don't believe you. All i said was that your mate's car is build number three out fo the four which according to HSV is the first of their two Carbon Copy cars. IE, not a replica of an F20 but an actual car built and tagged by HSV. If i talk to your mate then he will tell me it is build number 3 and prove this info to be correct.
