weld a heavy piece of steel to the higher side underneath the sill or could try modifying the rubber spring seats, either by packing up the ones on the lower side (could use a piece of solid rubber or get a rubber hose with an inside diameter the same thickness of your spring, splite the hose in half ie in a 'U' shape then rest the spring in that). or try and get the other side lower by taking 1 (or both upper and lower) spring seats out, then just use that rubber hose as it'll be thinner. just make sure your springs stay captive though Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Sorry if its been asked but what is a dogbox?

just thought, possibly happens from modifiying the engine bay from factory, causing weight transfer to one side (ie if you put a dirty big turbo on then it would cause the weight to shift to that side more) although i wouldn't think that the extra weight of a bigger turbo etc would cause a noticeable lean on the car.

Yup its a vacuum thingy It's for the fan selector (where it directs the cabin air) ie to windscreen, or to your head, or to your feet, or both, etc, so if your getting rid of your fans+heater+air con etc then no, you dont' need it.

Not sure if this rates as a stupid question or not. Tps on a vl auto. Switch type or variable? Mines got 3 wires coming out of it, but I was only expecting 2. I'm trying to put together a loom for a microtech mt8, so need to pick between these types

most tps are the 'variable' type, as in the output voltage of the sensor increases as u open the throttle more. ---------- Post added 04-10-10 at 20:26 ---------- if its a 3 wire sensor, thats most likely it cheers hope it helps
