spotted some fully Lebbed out guy driving a red vlct down boundary rd, biggest muzza out i swear..plates ITL-*** had whitewalls!

spotted a clean as f uck white vnss, plus pack i think, @ uni hill bundoora. had venetians and personalised plates but didnt catch them
