Saw the shittest walky mock up today in town. Crap paint, and all the kit parts didn't line up or sit straight....what a mess!
Also saw a tidy white/MX Grey VL berlina turbo on pt wakefield road, and a real nice maroon over silver Calais with internationals...not sure but I don't think it was turbo...No cooler and didn't hear it
Had a play around and re-dynoed the VL today after a shocking result on Tuesday.
2 and a half inch exhaust is a major restriction at the moment.
Plenty of fuel with the darkhalf ecu though
Not too bad for a stock setup.

lol don't worry about the info at top, didn't change most of it from the last run. And thats not my rego either

That torque figure of 636.4nm is roller torque. I would imagine that dyno has 273mm rollers which inflates the torque figure over other Mainline units which use 219mm rollers. Ignore that figure, the motive force figure is the more accurate of the 2 however even that is affected by variables including diff gears, automatic converter slippage/hook up rates.
Tell the TAFE dyno operator to use Derived torque next time your car is on the dyno as that takes out any variables such as roller diameter, diff gears, tyre size, converter slip... Derived torque is a representation of your engines torque figure minus drivetrain torque loss. Its a simple 3 second change to the screen for Derived Torque.
Tell the operator to give Todd from Mainline a buzz if he has any queries as he always encourages operators to use Derived Torque
