more progress over the weekend. had the windscreen mould holes welded up ages ago when the bottom cowl was put on. haven't got around to sorting them out until now so heres some pics. have ground the welds back from the bottom cowl and got that closer to being ready to accept a windscreen. Have you got your rotors yet? Remember that they will be offset closer to the strut - try putting them on and see how it looks

thanks for above! am trying to get some discs sorted ---------- Post added 22-05-17 at 21:30 ---------- pressures on!!!! been up to more... got the engine into the garage and onto her stand. mocked up the exhaust manifold and inlet manifold. just needed to do something that gave a good feeling of some progress. pulled the gear box and clutch all off to find someone has put a good quality exedy clutch which looks to be in very good nick. heres some quick pics (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170507_171703.jpg.html) (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170507_171729.jpg.html) (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170507_171623.jpg.html) Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

popped open the rocker cover today to have a look at how much built up oil was inside. .... dam.... (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170604_133807.jpg.html) rockers, lifters and cam look to be not so great also. im saying this has helped it over the past two years been out side under a cover. and not run for like 5 years. (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170604_133807.jpg.html) so scrapped it out and removed the baffle kind of thing and have it soaking in degreaser. see what happens from that. i gave the rockers a quick light spray of degreaser also just to get the process started. (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170604_133807.jpg.html) (http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170604_133807.jpg.html) ---------- Post added 04-06-17 at 20:18 ---------- ooops same photo came out 3 times... ill try up load some other pics when photobucket is working better!!! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

(http://s1099.photobucket.com/user/jsobey1/media/20170604_144330.jpg.html) ---------- Post added 05-06-17 at 14:29 ---------- Quote: Originally Posted by SIroller [View Post] great photos. seems its had a lot of work recently! cheers man. yeah race is on to get her out of the shed! want to have her for my wedding car in April 2018 what better excuse to work on it and smash it out how ever my fussiness, attention to detail and perfectionist is trying to get the better of me. knowing i have a sudden time line im trying my hardest to get it sorted.. yep and you can use facebook to host images. issue with facebook is it sorts the feed by time it was commented on not by time it was posted so it largely defeats the purpose of a build thread.
