I was in sydney wednesday night and headed down for a squiz. Was pretty good, bugger all VL's but more late model XR6T and LS1. The silver VY SS that was turbo was pretty cool. Turned the tyres hard all the way down the track. whonxt was it?? was the only serious VL there and it was pretty skatey and running 11's.

Anyone heading down tonight ?

I just got home from Whoopass Wednesday. It wasn't a bad night of racing. A couple of notable standouts during the night. The first was Rodney Zammit's green XR6 Turbo running a 9.19, the second was Eddie Tassone piloting the Yellow GTO to a 9.79 with Shane watching on at the start line and then a surprise was a VL Calais 8 cylinder, which wasn't the most immaculate example ever seen, but it was running mid 10's, the best I saw was 10.44 and it looked strong and reasonably consistent.
