bro jules is right on this topic, concidering if its been on the strip then he has probably tried it lol, t04z is great because it hits the strip hard and still reasonably streetable, 519hp on my mates car on 27psi and he still only hit mid 10s with a t04z manualised auto and 3300 stally but with this turbo ur likely to hit boost around that 3500-3800 mark, but if u wanna go quick talk to jules lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

you will do 9s with an auto and to4z so with a manual it will easily do it

that was a single cam.. if you had a twin cam that would make all the difference, 26 head will make 100rwhp more on the same boost or thereabouts

What's the going rate for a TO4Z these days? Can you make them fit on a standard manifold with a different flange and spacer plate?

O-VL, Just because your mate had a clutch failure in a high HP application, it does not mean that the clutch is **** because it 'blows'. Did you even investigate why it failed? Oil contamination? Rear main seal failure from high crank case pressure? I have not seen a Jim Berry clutch fail from too much torque/power being applied. Jim Berry 4 puck solid, GTR pressure plate 4000-4400 lbs and a stock machined flywheel will get you enough clutch grip to get into the 9.5s or lower on any turbo setup. It is the only single plate that has such a proven track record. Twin Plates have less pressure and commonly hold less torque due to their flimsy pressure plates not clamping enough. Ryan Woon Supra in the states runs 8.62 on a Single Plate similar to a Jim Berry - 6spd stock gearbox, 1400HP.
