New boost tap acting up? dude Ive had gfb & racepro boot taps & found they were no good on the dyno, when they were trying to tune it as it would not hold boost so we put a turbosmart one on & it finally settled down, you need a good quailty tap if you want a proper tune.

How much power does your car make? I'm interested to see how much power breaks a 25 spline diff. Mine was fine with 160rwkw for years, but lasted 1 day with 250rwkw

I dont really drive that hard but would like to be able to lay some rubber if'n i want to... LOL

Mine was fine with 160rwkw for years, but lasted 1 day with 250rwkw Lol I dont think a 25 spline would have lasted very long with me either I have a 28 spline 4pin lsd out of a r31 silouete skyline with shortened axles I think its the same kind of diff as the v8 & turbo vls at the last tune I was at 255kw atw but am planning on breaking 300 sometime this year. Btw here is what is left if my diff lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Heres a before and after set I had painted. I wanted a different look to factory so that's why it's all dark inside the spokes Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

They first sprayed the rim jet black then mixed up silver and clear together and sprayed over the top so the silver is super thin
