i know for a fact that it was running 25psi cos thats wot i set it at when he ran it that day. and all he had changed was the transbrake to the glide.(which i never ran one) and i remember that day thinking when he left the line wot a soft launch it was the external didnt even open ,i thought he launch it off the handbrake. but no he left on 12psi on the transbrake, to c how the 9in would handle as it also was on its first pass . and when i had it ,it made 586rwhp 25psi pump/toll, even tried to crank it up and made 585rwhp on 31psi cos the pissy 3in two muffler full exhaust was restricting it. which johnny didn't change just so he could show me wot my old girl would do the way i had it. and the motor is pretty much stock too. no head work at all bar the monster cam,wiseco forges and gt42r on a chinese exhaust manifold. i even came close to running that nine with my old setup aswell. to4e66 plain bearing same cam ,pistons 29psi pump/toll 513rwhp blah blah blah. handbrake jammed on the line, 1.73 60ft backed off at half (speed wobbles) went 10.55 at 118mph. so it can be done u know. anyway wots with all the secracy ,i was just interested to c if she could possible go quicker with much less boost ,cause that fuel is wicked thats all. wots the point in not sharing info ,if it helps everyone go quicker ,none of us have big name garages that we will lose business from hey?? cheers brett.

Thats right ank mate. But without consistant help, input and development from a performance shop, the chances of getting to the dyno/track becomes harder for us to get consistant/lower time's. As much as there is competion with the vl boy's up here, when there all face to face, its more friendlier than it seems on this forum.
