Yeah no worries man, i'm pretty sure a good job will cost around 10k anyway. It will stay the way it is for a while, Need to do a few other things anyway like fix electric windows, fix rust (not very much but boot, rear windscreen and doors need doing), maybe touch up the paint. Only exterior mods will be the new front mount which goes on this week and maybe some tints. Also bought new plates today "L8RZBO".

13-08-08, 21:20 GMT+10#66 Some from the weekend - Finally got a day where it didnt rain so i could give the old girl a long awaited wash and polish.
It started to cloud over and get dark by the time i took these and the old 4.1 mega pixel camera is starting to get a little tired, but here are some snaps from the weekend - enjoy!
Also some of you may be interested in my new Stereo combination - USB Head Unit and 20GB USB Hard Drive. More info can be found on the update in my car thread REF:http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=134123
Oh and whilst i'm at it - here is a teaser, i've got four of these to go on in the coming weeks.

Yea i like the kit combination also - gotta mix it up a bit these days. Yeah they are VK Handles - my mate polished them up at his work a few years ago and i just clear coated them to prevent them corroding.

I'm sorry but I don't agree - Sayers were the wreckers that pissed the suspension shop (and in turn me) around with my cross member after my accident.
Not only did they try and tell the suspension place it wasn't a VK cross member they tried to tell them it was a special series VH or VK cross member - not true it is the same as... all VB-VK V8 (maybe even 6 cylinder) cross members. Eventually they sorted it out, but it could have been 3 days earlier!
That aside - The lady that works there was a very rude B!tch when i tried to return my HDT front grille as it wasn't genuine - not only that it was very very poor quality. I inquired where it came from and she went off her nut and told me it was genuine and asked me who i was to question her... Oh, i'm just that little old guy you call your CUSTOMER - no one important. She wouldn't even give me my full refund - she took a 25% service fee or some sh!t.
Just letting people know both sides of the coin - it isn't all roses people!

I agree 100% - they claim to be the HDT specialists but do make simple mistakes!
