This car is unbelievable mater. Every detail on the car is 100% mint. Love the VZ dash and the Coulsens, looks off-tap. Top effort mate. If I ever built a VT, this is exactly how I would want it to look. Congrats.

this isnt the right place to bag a vl calais lol... well, lets see, for the body, looks like you have played mix and match with the holden parts bin, ricer projector headlights (im positive i saw them in need for speed underground 2) the only impressive things would be the cheetr badge and supposed custom sunroof (probably from the sunroof center in dandy road as it wasnt factory it would be custom) and you have the bonnet guages to take care of a bascially stocker motor.... you took it to pedders and said lower it (lower at the back coz it looks hektic) and chose the most bling bling rims that dont suit it hsv 195i motor with a cam and extractors and a shift kit like i said, the interior is the most impressive part oh, and if you wanna go on my car, fair enough, i have got a vl calais, le lip (waiting to be fitted with new paint) mags, lowered, big brakes, a bit of engine work and a manual... what i have got stored away is a little better

I think it looks ****hot, and Im genrally not a fan of VT's, definatley a credit to you mate.

thanks heaps for the comments guys, there is a reason im on this forum, i've always been a vh/vl man, owned a vk, 3x vl's (one 304, 2 turboes) , 2 R31 skyline turboes , i built all them while i kept this. at no point did i bag out a vl calais? they are crazy cars, i just said maybe you shouldnt make a comment on my car when you drive a basic stocker everyone has dreams and it has taken a while to get it to this. as for "taking it to pedders" i don't think so bud, everything on this car was done by me. back in your box now hey. my old vl, sold it about 8 months ago now, wish i hadn;t of , miss it heaps i cant remember the code for th emotor, was a very rare berlina though, was something along the lines of a L36 motor, B cast heads and high comp from factory. i bought it pretty much stock and did this in about 2 weeks, and got bored. here is my R31 skyline we resprayed in 2 pac red from bare metal. and then a turbo conversion. FAR FROM A VL HATER Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
