Ok, that picture above is for the rear left hand side (passenger side).
From memory, it's like 2 & 1/2 turns on the first pulley, then follow the diagram.
It's not as hard as everyone says, it's just takes a bit of practise. Try doing different things on the first pulley until you get it right.

I just did my rear ones and took me about 5mins a side to get back in. Before i took them out i put 3 zip ties around the windings on the motor which held the cables in place. Worked a treat.
just put electric window motors in the back doors of my exec useing this guide, got the drivers rear on my second go and the passenger on the 1st. wouldnt have even attempted it without the guide.
I will be doing this reall soon as my windows are shagged! I have another question regarding the windows. My windows seem to go up on an angel so to speak. Or they are loose how do I go about fixing this??
I did the passanger side window no problems, it didn't make a huge improvement, so i think the runners need some graphite power to make it easier for the motor.. as for the rear window, i have spent days trying to rewire that effing cable. no i have a sore thumb and a thief's dream cos the window wont go back up.
what position should the pulley be at to start the whole process? and should the cable closest to the interior of the car be the starting one?
I think im just getting too frustrated with this, thats why it is taking so long
