skybt1... did you read the link i posted up? It's all relative to work; torque & power. a driveline that can support 1000hp will suck alot of power. WARNING TO ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO READ IT. It's heavy reading, and you gotta really take it all in.

looks interesting, im gonna check it out when i got the spare time. I just think that giving a percentage is generalising, and different set ups and drivelines with same or similar powers are gonnna give different readings. There are so many variables. Anyways, my opinion may change after that write up!

thats ok, after driving my car today, i suspect, easy 150+Kw at the wheels on 5-6 psi. and aim for over 200 on a max of 15psi, what ever the injectors can handle, they will get. lead by exaple i say, as VLT88 is proving for me.

mine made 163rwkw on 5psi on standard computer... Hi-comp bomb, Garrett T3/T4, 3" Turbo back, 38mm External Wastegate, Forward facing plenum, malpassi, fmic through a manual box...

What size Wastegate spring you have in your gate man?

HAHAHA so many experts on this thread, HAHA pissa. hope your car keep's up the good work mate. The point i will make here is that all dyno reading, types and mode's make the difference everytime, the thing is to keep going to the same dyno to keep improving your outcome. G/L.

E-Z you can try 15 psi but on standard injectors you'd be struggling to push 180-190kw. my car made 184rwkw on 10psi and 213kw on 15psi. this is with cam injectors and ecu through an auto with high stall. another thing that can help make a higher reading is higher gears in the rear. If my car was manual it would be pushing close to 240rwkw. pretty fun on the street.

About 10rwkw mate, Pop a headlight out or even just run a 'dose pipe' kind of setup with no filter and youll have a more power then running a airbox with a panel filter. Since your on a dyno with a nice big fan infront of your intake pipe Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Autospeed did a lot of testing a long time ago (pressure drop testing) on the difference between the standard panel filter, a pod and an aftermarket panel filter and the difference is minimal. I'll agree that the 'snorkel' that fits into the lower airbox is a definite restriction: also open up the hole a bit Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

everyone go race your cars and show mph not dyno sheets...

i am thinking that the power figure can be almost entirely attributed to the cam and headwok. I can see that setup pulling 145rwkw so maybe the cam and whatever was done too the head added a 15rwkw but in all seriousness just because a shop has a good name doesnt meant the dyno isnt happy i went to a well known shop and got my car dyno'd and it was 25rwhp higher than the next shop i took it too about 12% difference as has been said many times the best dyno is big black and 400m long Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

talking bout exhaust having an effect,my exhaust is ghey and boost drops from 5 down to 3 psi at full load, the same engine used to run 8psi all the time .id say the exhaust could make a big difference if it was good all the way from the turbine housing.

aren't the VG30 turbos smaller than RB25 ones?
