The TR43i is recommended to get you 250rwkws easy on RB20det with pretty good response.

[quote=hypergear]For the RB we can build a .58 TR43i which will spool up pretty quickly with 300rwkws tops. WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TR43i AND TR43g3 AND DO THEY BOTH NEED A SPACER FOR T3 MANIFOLD? CHEERS

TR43i makes more power, For a VL you need TR43i. The G3 models is slightly small for a 3L. Normally they do need a spacer but if you don't want to use it we can use a slightly smaller compressor cover that fits.

For every one who's sending in their T3 turbos for highflow serivce, Please make sure your Turbine housing IS NOT CRACKED. To do that simply remove the dump pipe and CHRA, wipe the housing clean and check. We can not re-profile a cracked housing.

I got a dead stock calais turbo, and intend to keep it stock but the turbo is on its way out...

^^^ High flow basically means we make a turbo CHRA with bigger wheels to flow more air and put that into your factory housings. After high flow your turbo will be able to flow more power and torque.

Just have to make sure the crack is not on the inner housing of where the wheel actually sits. Chuncks do feel off through the crack when we machine it.

This might be interesting for some SR20 and CA18 people This is our new TR28KAI .64 version on CA18det with 256 Dur / 8.9mm lift cams, Z32AFM, Nistune, 700cc injectors and usual mods. Car made 220rwkws at 1.3 Bar (18.2PSI) and 240rwkws at 1.6 Bar (22.4 PSI) on BP Ultimate 09 Fuel Dyno done on 4th Gear. But unfortunately the Boost analyzer broke on the dyno. Turbo was hitting 1.6 bar at about 3600RPM Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

This is a High flowed Result based on a OP6 Reared R34 turbo on 17psi on RB25det. Same result is easily achievable through a RB30det Engine. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

How much is it to get my VL T3 High flowed. I want to be able to bolt it straight back on. Is it my best bet getting this done or is there another turbo that will bolt straight on? Cheers, Adam

Hi Adam, If you prefer Bolton then just send it in for high flow. Every thing will bolt back to where ever they where. As in terms of high flowing that involve a brand new CHRA with bigger wheels. We then machine both of your housings to suit the new CHRA. The max we can high flow out of the factory housings is 450HP. Or 500HP with a bigger comp housing. The cost is $800 for 450HP high flow or $900 for 500HP high flow.

HI There, I have an R31 with RB25DET neo with nistuned R34 ecu, aftermarket FMIC, 3inch turbo back exhaust, running 237rwkw @ 12 psi with standard injectors and internals. I'm chasing 300+rwkw with quick spool/response and planning to use siemens 550cc injectors which is direct bolt into Neo fuel rail. Was thinking of getting a GT35R but I just seen this thread and how cheap your turbo's are. What turbo do you recommend from your range for this setup? Internal/external wastegate? And will your turbos fit on RB25det neo exhaust manifold? Do you also provide dump pipes for these turbo's? Cheers Kev

Hey. I have only just found out about your company and im liking what im hearing so far, i was wondering though if you can tell me what you have for my situation. I am doing a hi-comp turbo conversion in a VL commodore (RB30, auto) and am looking at around 200rwkw, nothing huge, just a nice quick street car. If you have an entire bolt on package, ie turbo, manifold and cooling lines, could you please let me know a price? If you dont have a complete package which turbo would you recommend? I think internally gated would be better as the boys in blue arent to fond of the old external wastegate. Please let me know Thanks Steve

Hi Kev: The RB25det Neo is a very different engine to RB30s. for 300rwkws application we can make a ATR43G3 in T3 .63 Internally gated 520HP rated. ATR43G3 is The bigger one on the left: Turbine: This turbo bolt on to your stock manifold, dump pipe, water feeds and oil drain. You need a braided oil feeding line to run it, it also has a 3 inchs round inlet with 2 inches round out let. So you will need a 90 degrees rubber pipe for the stock cooler pipe and a 3inch rubber pipe for factory intake pipe. (3 inch metal intake pipe is perferred.) The cost of this turob is $1380 including oil feeding line. This turbo can also be made to run on a GT3076 Ball bearing CHRA for $1750 or a GT3582 Ball bearing CHRA in .84 Rear for $2000. As for Steve: For the hi Comp engine we will have to engineer some thing that can produce high power without great amount of boost. We recommend our T3x .63 rear TR43i. This turbo is made for 500HP which should get you around 240rwkws at 12psi. We can auspply you the turbo, oil feeding line and drain adaptor only. You need to get a manifold your self, Some of the Ebay SS manifolds works fine after little touch up work. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Cost and performance wise, would it be better to high flow the Neo turbocharger? what are the costs involved in getting the Neo turbo charger high flowed and what performance would I expect from it?

By high flowing the Neo turbocharger you can get around 265rwkws. The cost is $880 with oil feeding line. Or we can supply you a brand new ATR43G3 in .63 rear housing. Which will bolton to all your stock bits. for $1330 including oil feeding line. This turbo is good for around 300rwkws mark.
