Car runs like a dream at the moment edit: PICSSS some more progress the result I changed the intercooler to a 600x300 unit and adapted the gktech no holes kit to suit, new headlights, new grill, new indicators, turbo badge and a few other bits and pieces. After my defect is cleared I have a full 3inch exhaust and 28spline axles ready to make a diff Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

My first inspection is the 19th of May and I know 100% i'm not going to pass because theres a few bushes that are cracked and worn. I dont want to fix anything incase i miss something or fix too much (money is starting to get tight) lol so ill cop it sweet and sort everything within the gap for the 2nd inspection. I'm hoping to be registered again early June, godam its creeping up 6months of being off the road and ill tell you this, its gone so slow haha Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Went through regency and they found the following things needing to be fixed: Front window tint too dark (35%) Front eyebrow height too low needs to be 345mm [measured 335mm] bull****, standard springs are in there and when i measured when I got home i got 350mm Rear upper trailing arm bushes perished (Upgrading to whiteline adjustable trailing arms ) Need new tie rod end on drivers side Exhaust was 5db over the limit Pretty much have all these things sorted or soon to be sorted. Planning to be off defect by the end of the week or early next week. Just spent last week fitting the hiflow Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

lol you have stacks of spares xD Should be ok with springs, im getting a legal measurement so not sure really whats going on. I'll breathe down the guys neck this time making sure hes measuring it not half assed because 10mm is easy to stuff up. This friday FTW, im trying for it

Ended up getting the car off defect no worries and its back on the road. New setup has changed the car a fair bit to how it left the road and surprised a few people The car is a fairly budget spec build, so I have decided to use a nistune board for tuning after seeing proven results on jetvl086s car. I now have GTR injectors and a z32 air flow meter in preparation for the tune. Still want to get new fuel pumps aswell, hopefully it all happens in the next few months.
