I think that turbo setup is built by Jake edwards and made some serious power and not fully sorted yet. And as far as teaching those RB boys a thing or two, with a turbo V8, can run 9s with ease on pump fuel. Drive to the track, run the time and drive back home again, something which is impossible with an RB motor I'll probably be buying my reverse cowl scoop this week. Just like atuffvl, but slightly taller, about 1-2" and will be the length of the bonnet, should look tough. Post up pics when its on and painted. But im not sure whether to get one that is smooth, or with a rib down the centre, you know the ones im talking about? Im leaning more towards the smooth scoop as there is no point in the nose of a VL, like say a torrie, VK, etc. Like this. Ribbed........ Smooth...... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Hey ELA-RE , why not run one like on the Brock commodores? If you have to run a one of those that you posted, run the smooth one. We sell the scoops at work, so i can get them fairly cheap anyway and yea, i'm leaning towards the smooth. Hey UNS10, with the 2" spacer, the brock and A9X scoops are too low, as they are roughly 3" high. I'll have to measure properly to see whether i need a 4" or 5". The ribbed scoops suit cars with a point, how tough is this....... I see that and wanna get an LX hatch badly Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Personally I think that one is a bit too high. The Ozrace and their copies are 4.5" tall. Hey Epitaph, I always thought RDP stood for Realy Dear Prices. I guess you proved me wrong! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Lol, there is no way i would put a scoop like that either, i think that is the 9" version. 5" max will do the job fine.

HDT Series 2 Aero's which were factory for that model. Not a very common rim unlike the Series 1 version. Also the front rim is on the wrong side of the car. Corsa

And i reckon the smooth may look a bit too boring. At least now i can run an air cleaner . I'll try and get it done soon and post some pics up. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
