Alls im asking is why were they removed and the holes covered up for simple. Also bigpsi if you read in the magazine you will see qwikvl said that the car makes 545kw at the wheels on 32 psi boost when it raced to the 8.90 and on the dyno at independant motorsport the car made on 714.7hp at the wheels which is 532 kw at the wheels. Are you saying he took away 14 boost and the car only dropped 13 kw at the wheels. Thank you qwikvl thats was pretty straight forward and thats all i wanted to know. Im sure I havn't read the magazine as many times as you but what I was saying is that Lowey drove the car to the dyno day at 18psi. Backed it on the rollers and made 499hp @ wheels Turned the boost up to 32psi and made 714hp @ wheels Which Lowey is rapped with, as it is now rich after a few mods

Hey guys, thanks again for all your comments. I'm still wrapt with how it's going. It's going back in the shed for a while, cause the box needs to come out, and control arm mounts are wanted to start to part with the car, so it needs some attention before it can be raced again, not to mention needing a retune to get the mixtures where they should be. A few pics that were given to me tonight by a couple of mates that attended the dyno day, thanks heaps. Got a couple of vids too, of cruising home and on the dyno day, but does anyone know how to convert mov to avi? The wheels are walkies as they had rwc tyres on them lol looks nothing as exciting as the hsv wheels in the mag but you get the picture So by the time i get some money saved and have a long needed rest i'll hopefully come back out in the new year. Easternats was a blast, best three days of thrashing out, maybe i'll do that again. inflyt- no chance of selling anymore but if someone asked earlier i prob would have as i nearly threw in the towel a few times. boostn- thanks mate, i don't think andra track will like this car for some reason. So unfortuantly i might have to stick to vic tracks. Thanks again, Cheers, Lowey. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

nice stuff lowey theres a couple programs floating around on the net that will convert .mov to .avi im pretty sure .mov is fine tho, just need quicktime or vlc media player ect to run them also, how are the rci seats? do they start hurting your ar5e or are they ok? congrats again cheers Troy

thanks troy, the rci are o.k with the padding, the trip was only almost 2 hours round trip on bumpy country roads, and that's prob as far as i would take it. lol. i have quicktime, but didn't think anyone else would.

Thats Legendary! wat a way to rub it into the other chequebook racers in there workshop stickered up vls, that cant even come close to ur time. Love the signature too "MY SHED - Home of Australia's Fastest and Quickest Street VL turbo - 8.90 @ 158.5mph" lmfao

Top Stuff Brendon, Your one of the most genuine blokes I have met off these forums, And have the ability to piece together a "Killer" car. Watch those control arms, though it's no fun welding them up, Or better still tub it with McDonald Bros kit.
