you have to take the fuses out of the rail for it to fit through the hole. the big grommet has 2 tabs you push in (engine bay side) which enables it to push through to the inside. then you cut the grommet off carefully. i was in a bit of a hurry last night sorry about that lol

25-04-08, 21:08 GMT+10#63 When i get some pics ill post up what ive done with my relays and fuses.
Ive mounted the relays in where the orginal ecu was located and all the fuses are in the panel under the steering wheel. No problem here keeping the aircon.

Yeah i did lengthen most of them but i got another factory loom and kept all the colouring correct and all joints are solidered. Big job but results speak for themselves.

17-10-10, 18:09 GMT+10#69 To get the wires up to the globe box area, will need to pull the heater box out, but it will go back in once done.

05-11-10, 00:08 GMT+10#72 I'm just in the process of doing this at the moment. Can you buy a mounting bracket for the relays to clip onto? I've been looking everywhere and had no luck so far

09-11-10, 08:31 GMT+10#78 I can't see that there would be an issue. The ones in my Bluebird are mounted that way from factory and the extras I installed with the efi motor are all that way too
