OK new cars have arrived, I now have the following: The onroad cars come with a .16 engine and 2 Speed gearbox, the monster trucks come with the .18 engine and single speed.

Yes, the thought has crossed my mind but I don't know how to make the lexan bodies. I have just ordered in a heap of different shells for the onroad car that are unpainted but I have also ordered in some different paints like harlequin and assorted pearls so hopefully I will be selling some awesome shells like these soon: Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i saw this website with a vl lexan body i just need to find the website again if i do ill post it up..... but i do noe 4 sure that there is VL calais, commodore, walkinsure bodies out there.....

A friend of mine has pointed out an interesting fact after he bought one of these buggies. Power to weight ratio for these cars is absolutely enormous, the engine has approx 1.5hp, the car weighs 2.04kg. Doing the maths shows that if this was a 1300kg car then it would have somewhere around 950hp. Thats why if you take out the front shaft it has no control!

dont take this the wrong way but 1.5hp is very optimstic. many companies claim 1.5 hp but on the engine dyno (yes they make them) most are around the 0.7-8 hp. but yeah.power to weight there pretty bloody quick.:)

I have actually made a dodgy dyno myself, not to measure anything, only to run in the cars for customers cos my neighbours complained about me running them up and down the street all the time, I made an exhaust tube to go outside with a muffler and run them on rollers in my shed!

how do i run the mootor in?

I supply full detailed running in instructions with each car. Or I can run it in if your not too confident.
