Jeff myself and Smoothmotion are currently in the process of producing the brockcommodores.com HDT DVD. Maybe after this production comes out we could have a discussion about doing one for this website.
Another thing that would be a priority is organising the use of Holden names such as Calais and Turbo for commercial purpouses.
AJ and Luke have been flying around the country getting some fantastic footage and the Smooth Motion team are mind boggling! Very professional. Im extrememly optimistic about how this DVD will pan out!
Would be fantastic to organise something for Calaisturbo.com also!
Let me have a chat to some people and see if I can help shed some light onto the subject.
Jeremy.

im happy to contribute funds as long as they will be returned (most of them) when its sold. if it takes a few plane trips for whoever films and what ever to get all the cruises in good quality i can help with a bit of money. so if there is a team, im happy to join. ive also done 4 years of editing, filming, and producing films/movies/videos/dvds so i could probly help with that side as well. when i say contribute with money i dont mean thousands of dollars, im only 18, have a loan, and a medium paying job, but id be willing to help out if its needed. whoever is gonna be in charge of this give me a pm .
Matt

I love the idea.
But somehow I dont think it would sell alot since it would really only appeal to people who love VLs.
But if it was too happen all VLs should be on it to make it more interesting and I think it would be awesome to have N/A VLs cause iver never seen any N/A VLs on a car DVD before.
But it would have to be called something else cause if it has all VLs in it then we cant called it CalaisTurbo cause not a VLs are Calais I think we would have to call it something like "Street VLs' or something.

Sounds like a good idea, but it will take alot of effort and people willing to give up their time. Also the money return won't be very high, so people will have to give up their time for nothing really. Im sure if somebody puts it into motion enough people will be willing to contribute where they can.

Email sent to SIR GEO. If everything goes ahead we should have the same team that's doing the HDT DVD (SMOOTH MOTION FILMS) on board. Lets see how things turn out.
SMOOTH MOTION FILMS - have done the extroadinary Motorvation DVD! and also some of the Perth coverage for the Street Commodores DVD!
These guys rock and are extremely professional.

I have nothing better to do so I would take the effort to represent the Newcastle VLs.
It would have to be in at the Foreshore cause thats really the only place my VL gets driven to now.
