hey mate i have never had a drama takin it for a blue slip which is a full inspection in nsw.. the only thing that was said was that if i wanted 2 keep it a 2 seater that it would just be put on the rego papers that its a 2 seater nd not 5... i can put the back seat back in its not a prob.. thanks
