there hard to find here. i just bought a manual wagon to put into my executive and throwing my auto in the wagon and flogging it off. half way in the process and only costing me 100bucks

I have a manual as well, cause I dont like autos, but I had to convert it. Auto was stuffed any way. Autos may be better off the line, but a manual is way more fun on twisty roads. The manual uses less fuel as well. Also autos suck power out of the engine to operate. One of my mates has a manual too. But we had to convert that one as well. Another mate, Natho, has a Berlina turbo with a manual in it. Manuals aren't as common as autos over here, but cost a bit more. Well worth it though. I guess it is up to personal opinion really.

well with auto you dont have any control really only 2 pedals u cant drop it back a gear or n e thing like that but if ur lazy auto is the way...

i think manual conversion is also a good way to increase the value of your car. especially if you have all the other mods. would be easyier to sell as well when the time comes. almost finished the conversion

*Bump* I think this topic is pretty interesting so i'll revive it. The one thing I have never ever seen is a 5 speed V8 (Not HDT and HSV).

5 Speed manual Calais!...but converted tho.....currently running a Nissan Bluebird serries 3 5 Speed (from behind a CA20-S) with a R32 5speed found houseing....
