Well If I make the map, id say meet at Helipad as planned- go up thru Kings Park so the hills boys get their dose of trees and bushes. Then head to the BBQ area- which is on the coast a bit North from Scarborough. Have lunch, then head down past Trigg and Scarborough, keeping to the coast road. Pull in at Scarbs for a show and then make our way down the coast to Freo for laps. So by that, id guess it'd end at Freo around 2:30.

If you did want the barbie last we could go from kings park to freo up the coast to scarbs then to the BBQ area. All of this is useless if Dans already made a map but suggestions are still good.
