got stuck into the pistons tonight, so much carbon and only 33,000 k's on her. Came up good though, just going to sand the block a bit to make it flat again
wanted to put the head back on but no real point til i get the cam gears, hope they hurry up.

Very glad i got a new timing belt kit for it :O
stripped
Front of motor stripped
new timing belt kit, Cam seal and water pump
turbo restored and ready to go on
intercooler mounted
turbo manifold, turbo and all lines hooked up
custom oil return, proflow 45, -12 400 series hose in black
resprayed the rear boot strip before the turbo badge went on
almost all togethor
Taaddaaaaaaaa

Oh the cooler kit is a monza aswell, made by autotechnica.

Well i finished the X6 loom for the coils tonight. We've had the motor in and the engine mounts and 2 Speed mount is done and ready to go. Custom plenum got finished tonight with 80mm throttle body. Pretty much finished the LT16 loom aswell just gotta tape up the injector plugs and mount it all under the dash and connect it to the appropriate existing vl loom wires.
Waiting on the exhaust manifold from Sydney, the fu ckwit wont get back to me, i bought it over a week ago
Wastgate will be here tomoz.
hopefully get the B&M pro ratchet mounted tomoz aswell
