hey guys just a quick up date! the case hase been adjourned again for the 5th time! bail still refused! hes only prolonging the inevitable! next court app is 17th of march! hope we hav some more luck then!

Hi guys, Just an update. he went back to court on the the 17th but it has been adjourned for the 6th time until the 31st of march. Hoping for a better result then!

6 adjournments, he must have a very good talking lawyer :S

thier probably trying to drag it out so you drop the charges or somthing.. dont let that be the case, mines no where near the condition of yours but if it happened to me id throw the book at them so hard it would brake every bone in thier face. just keep at it mate, its only a matter of time untill they get what they deserve now.

not true chris how the hell can he have 6 adjerments wtf man how many times has be been put infront of the judge??

im pretty sure ur allowed 3 ajourments if ur standin up for urself in court n then if u get a lawyer ur allowed another 3. so surely that would b his last ajournment. good luck with it sean.

i hope he gets banned i mean locked up for a while
