anyone else manage to get a flatt black/matte black car in??? i got a phone call this morning from powercruise saying my mates matte black car isnt allowed in. he said he knows he shouldnt but he has a thing against flat black cars. and he doesnt care if its got an 8 in it or a turbo, unless it gets a paint job it isnt allowed in. just wondering if there was more to it and he didnt want to explain it, or if he was serious about no matte black cars?

well technically you cant rego a matt black car as it's not a sealed colour. how ever I'm building a hotrod and you can rego a matt black one only if it's clear coated to seal the colour, try that
