what can happen if your use a normal highfill primer on baremetal sections ??? i ask because some parts of my shell have bare metal sections

it can flake off on all the bare metal areas just shoot a bit of etch primer on them before u high fill them. etch primers also have corrosion inhibitors whereas high fill doesnt

thanks guys. i was aware that an etch primer was the go, but did a bit of reading on bogging over primer and thought it said that some etch primers werent good for bog. forgot to mention that i dont have the space to use a compressor in my current garage... will a spray pack epoxy etch primer give me as good a quality finish as from a compressor? if there is a big difference i can wait until i move in a few months, but would rather not leave the baremetal umm bare for too long lol

This is my acrylic effort. Its a burgandy colour you may find on a r33 skyline. Its wine red or something with few coats of clear. All acrylic. Its just a test panel btw Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
