have to disagree with ya there leb, so what if the cars 20yrs old, ive had plenty of vls without spendin money on the damn thing,if ya buy a car u expect to drive it not fix it up every day something goes wrong it,and if ur going to spend that type of money u expect it have no troubles fair enuff there old but u can pick up next to nothin these days,why spend more money than u bought it 4 no gain in it and u only lose out in the end,sounds like to me foxygirl isnt to happy about the problems she having or else she wouldnt post,so all im saying is before u buy a car u want look at what it gonna cost ya and take it in consideration of the purchase price,cause u wouldnt wanna pay anymore than 2000 if ya gonna have problems i woudlnt anyways i got a 1800 vl and havent had a problem, buyers beware is the key element.

hahaha she's only cost me bout 5-600 bucks so far and thats with new brake rotors and heavy duty pads, alternator, adjustable panhard rod, strut, wheel bearing kit, tyres, deck and lots of little things too so i think im doing quite well considering everything i bought is brand new... im not too fussed on spending money on her shes been looked after so im gonna make sure i treat her well and yeah paintjob costing me like 500 bucks for pearl paint and a carton of jacks so bout $600 max chasebt1 wat are u on about older cars always have problems popping up out of no where and i didnt buy her to make money... i bought her coz i love vls fell in love with it the day i seen it.... loving the red interior too oh and im posting up the problems coz ppl wanna hear about the progress of a vehicle... so im keeping them updated Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

quick update got brand new tyres all round now, bought a new throttle cable as the old one is worn, and am still picking up little things here and there to make sure everything works. next thing i need is a power window switch as the drivers window isnt workin, also need to replace a few screws here and there to make sure everything is secure anyone know where i can get a switch from? oh and i have decided on exactly what im going to do when i get my loan will be exciting... il keep ya posted still Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
