Hey mate do you run a glide and who built it and the convertor???
just looking at your figures from the c16 tune i would have exspected more from it thats all.
i just got rid of my old girl and found out off the bloke who bought it, when bob grant checked out the trans and convertor it was slipping in 2nd and also major slipage in the convertor. bob grant reckons 20% power loss.
i was making on a fairly standard rb30 with a gt42r 76/102mm 586rwhp on 26psi on pump tollulene ,this is how i sold it .
a major thing to check which makes a huge difference with spool time is to check how well sealed the intake side is (inlet ,throttle body, cooler pipes etc)
i would be checking a few other things when assembling this bad boy mate.
goodluck with it mate.
