24-10-07, 15:02 GMT+10#83 im talking about standard vlt pistons, dont need forgies, also yes high comp set up is all good, even know my high comp set up only lasted a week, pulled the head off my high comp set up motor the other day, took a little chip out of the exhaust valve on number 6,hence the reason for no compression on nunber 6,hi comp set ups are alrite,i fink i just had bad luck.

24-10-07, 18:19 GMT+10#84 I don't think I'll come across factory turbo pistons to be honest..
I've read in alot of threads here that N/A pistons mean no more than 10 psi, and I'd rather be safe than dodgy so I'll stay at 6-7 or something.
Back to P/plates, I saw 'QIK TOY' today.. it was on a Corolla, wagon, yellow.. I purposely got stuck in a traffic queue so I didn't have to hear its cannon anymore, it was ruining my music.
Who is it that has the signature about farting through the top half of a coke bottle? It's so true.

It's waaay too much work and money to put at risk!
And even if I got my hands on some turbo pistons, I think it'd be more worth my time putting forgies in rather than second hand parts if I'm going through all the hassle anyway. And if I do pistons I may aswell do conrods.. and bearings.. and and and.. anyway, you might see my point!

25-10-07, 17:55 GMT+10#90 I'm not serious either.. except about money!
I saw 'QIK TOY' again today.. I think it was while I was driving my brothers piece of **** honda, it only strengthens my view of auto/front wheel/4 cylinder/jap = ****. I just have to share that idea around any time I have to drive his or my mums car.. argh.
Get in the right ****ing gear already!
