VLTWHite1 - All i saw was some random guy taking pics of a vl and didnt know it was you untill you posted up the pics. Get your mate to post up pics of his SL if possible and i think you need to put your sl lights/garnish back on I've owned my vlt for about 5 years now, it was only slightly modified when i got it having a momo steering wheel, mags, and a turbo timer. I've put all that stuff back to standard since i've had it but i've also modified it aswell. its now got a Hidden flat black front mount, Microtech ecu, high flow turbo , 440cc injectors bigger fuel pumps etc. I've tryed very hard to keep the overall look of the car as original as possible but aslo wanted a bit of performance. I thought i had a pic of your car somewhere with the standard rear muffler ? but 2.5" kick up would be ok. With my vl i wanted a 3"mandrell system for flow but also wanted a standard kick up rear muffler to keep the original look so the only option was to do both. i got a full 3" mandrell system put on then removed the 3" tail pipe, dumped the exhaust just over the diff and put a standard rear muffler on. I also welded the standard rear muffler to the dump behind the diff and made it so the standard rear muffler gets about 15% of gas flow. This way you can feel the exhaust gasses coming out the exhaust when its running and still gets soot around the exhaust tip without the restriction of the standard rear muffler. HDT086 My car has done 218,000kms, Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Jack is right, sometimes there are cancelled orders etc that get sold direct to the public But Craigs car is an SL Turbo but not a BT1

A Question to ppl that know there original cars - Why do some vl's have Black paint inside there boots and some have color matched ones?
