Just bought some Scheels off Ebay aswell, in need of trimming, guy selling them lives round the corner... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I didnt get a shot of it straight off the gun but its been lightly rubbed with 2000 just to be sure any little bits of sh1t getting taken out, its awaiting a buff...will have it home Thursday or Friday... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Cool man, although it would've been good to see it pre-sanding. I think it's a fairly common practise....my painter is doing the same

Well, you probably dont know what your doing then... I rubbed the old paint job with 2000 and it took 90% of the Orange Peel out of it, came up like glass...Assuming you had a variable speed buff, what compound did you use to buff your MRS car with after you blocked it back with the 2000??? What type of pad on the buff??? Did you see the engine bay pic I posted? Thats straight off the gun and its smooth as with absolutely no sh1t in it, he just goes over the body being such a big area to make sure theres no imperfections or crap in the paint... Bay- Anyway, none of this really matters because im not rubbing it or buffing it this time, the painter is, included as part of the price... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
