Basically its gonna be a fully built motor, all the good sh*t in it, decent head/cam package with a 6Boost manifold to suit the T04Z and custom plenum, backed by a 3psd 450kw Keas box, running Microtech. Cheers Steve !! I'm pretty much after a certain power figure, and the T04 does it quite capably. I'm not after a race car, just a pretty tuff street car and I've always wanted 500ish at the wheels so thats what I am running with.

when u aiming to have it in by? motorvation?

At this stage I am confident I will be nowhere near ready for Motorvation, so I am kinda hoping for the 1st quarter of next year at this stage.

Alright well time for a bit of update on the car: Engine bay is basically bare metal just now, all holes, brackets, battery tray, factory dents etc have all been removed, filled or welded - just got to wait for the guys to finish and paint and thats that job done. Front end is out of the car getting completely rebuilt so new bushes, rod ends etc etc and a new power steering rack is going in - no point putting the old gear back in. Also got the Microtech the other day so few more parts to come together and the engine can start getting built

i've said it before. and ill say it again. i loathe crome rims on vls, i reckon they always cheapen the car. which is why i feel so dirty when i think how sexy yours look. theres something just right about the way your car looks on those wheels. probably my fave looking calais. period.
