leigh i am after a high mount manifold for my RB25DET (this is in a R33 skyline). i intend to fit my Garrett GT3540R (external gate) turbo. can you make a dump pipe for this also? i am unsure what external gate to use for this setup but are all brands/models consistent with the flange or is it necessary to know which one you are after before the manifold is made?

most wastegates have a different flange so you need to work out which one you are going to use. the manifold will still be the same regardless of the gate flange. as for the dump pipe i could only make the down section as i have no idea where the cat/join is on a skyline you would have to get a local exhaust shop to weld the last bit on or something

i take it you can leave all the standard ecu gear on the back of the plenums you make.

when you go aftermarket plenum you would usually eliminate all that **** thats why your upgrading it i dont see why you want that crap on your motor and air con lol usually eliminated with a cooler being on the car

These look great Leigh, you are very talented and obviously take a lot of pride in your work. You will be hearing from me in the not too distant future.

You'd be suprised how many people have modified their cars and not turned them into dogs with no power steering or aircon. All you need is a smaller condenser fan or 15mm longer cooler piping. Not all people live in cool Sydney or Melbourne.

Just a note, i woudn't be suprised if these guys would be intersted in some sumps http://forum.r31skylineclub.com/ as the high energy sumps for vl's don't fit R31's, or R31's with power steer. can't remember which, but if you could do something along the lines as your vl ones you have modified there might be a bit of interest, i would take one for sure cheers darren
