$100. Includes Speedflow fitting into turbo, block, 2x speedflow -6 anodised 90' hose ends, and braided teflon hose. Might sound kinda expensive for 1 hose, but that ones the dearest out of them all, as it has the 2 90' ends on it which are $30 each.

Boostn1 probally not the smartest idea you've had to write where a car is mate

parts of

s.a section that has beeing try to steal peoples cars, it's not a good idea.

WE have a vl here in QLD that has my 700hp GT35 kit on it, and makes 440rwhp through an auto with 3500rpm stall, and it has stock 220k pistons and rods/bolts, stock head, stock valves, it just had a freshen up with new rings and bearings and new gaskets, nothing else. It has a cam and springs, but thats it!! And its been thrashed for 1000klm's, done about 40-50 dyno pulls, and raced at willwbank 3 times, run 10.90's, and is still looking perfect.
So to answer your question, if your base engine is in good health, and you have it tuned properly by someone reputable, then yes, it will be fine with this setup(bottom end wise).
As for th etranny, do you have an auto?? If so, you may need a valve boddy upgrade, to give better line pressure and help keep the box alive, I could arrange this with Paul at KEAS who I deal with often, you wouldn't have to pull the box out, just drop the pan and valve body off and swap it over.
