16-08-05, 17:10 GMT+10#81 LOL Rob.
Yes Ferrera 1mm oversize stainless valves will be fine.
They'll handle more than 10K RPM.
Cams are 280 degrees,11.35 lift (Big mother F cukers)
Bronze valve guides
Titanium retainers etc etc.
Jun springs the whole head is JUN components... except for the valves, couldnt go past ferrera
Will be fine not to worry.

17-08-05, 15:37 GMT+10#95 Will be interesting to see the hp difference and reliability of the engine your are building compared to teh one I am building. It also has 26 head, 280 cams, ferrera valves, head bleeds, CP pistons, in the bottom end gets a little tamer though, with stock cryo'd crank and block, and REV rods. We aren't going to spin this one to 10k though, just 8, but have dry ice intercooling from ARE. Will be using the generic garrett GT45 1000hp turbo, which is the same size wheels as the T51, no doubt in the quality of your product though.
Good luck with the build, I know what is involved and what you are going through. Modification of an old saying: HP takes time, how much hp do ya want?? You always seem to be waiting for something to be done. One thing that I would strongly recommend doing though, from experience, and from a few fast GTR's around the country, is piss that oil pump off and put an external wet pump on it, such as peterson or morosso, you still use you normal sump, you just weld a tube and pickup in it, and the oil pump runs off the crank. I know of 2 guys that have lost at least 3 engines from the oil pumps, one even had the crank cut with teeth and set it up like a supra pump, seems the problem is the inherit crank harmonics in the engine at 7240rpm, I think its a little higher in the 26.
Anyway, the external pumps are only like $750, its cheap insurance, saves the guessing game of will it or won't it break, and I woul dthink with a billet crank and some of the best rods in teh business, you might not want to scrap the thing in a real hurry.
Cheers........................6BOOST

17-08-05, 16:55 GMT+10#96 Thanks for the advice. I was looking at getting a High energy sump. the JUN oil pump is the best in the business. Will consider your option though I also am getting a custom harmonic balance made up.

17-08-05, 17:09 GMT+10#98 Common ROB a N1 oil pump... no good matey. Its just a revised edition of the standard pump. Would NOT recommend it to anyone
The JUN oil pump retails for about 1400-1600 dollars but is undoubtedly the best in the business.
That balancer you got is very similar to the one i am getting made up
