Great weekend with excellent weather but car is getting the new interior in may be done for the weekend.
If anyone is interested Sunday 28th of August From 10am there is another round of the Commodore car club Sprint race series.
There is some great racing and this round also includes their charity cruise around the track for the KIDS FIRST TRUST which is about taking sick kids from The Starship Hospital around the race track in Race cars and Holden Commodores. There will be heaps of rare HDT, HSV and special cars brought out by their owners to support the Charity and give the kids rides.
Costs $5.00 per car load at the Gate to Enter and there will be the Charity cruise at 1230pm and lots of sprint racing all day.
So come support this great day and see what the Commodore Car Club is about and see some great racing as well.
I will be there hopefully with the new interior if not to check it all out and support the Charity, would be great to see you all there.
Cheers Kris

Hi Guys,
Just to clarify, you can only get on the track if you are a financial member of the commodore car club. But you can spectate all you want for a $5 donation at the gate

The reclaim the city run used to take place on the last friday of every month. Hasn't happened for a while but if you guys are keen I thought I would put together a bit of a run(read same as the other friday) for this friday being last of the month. Chances are if the weather is fine that there will be people in there expecting a reclaim the city run anyway. I've got hold of the late model boys from the other night they were asking when we were going to go in again, and a few more ford guys(mustangs and falcons) so we better have the VL folks along again to keep Sarah company. Kris you can ride with me or sarah if your pinky ain't done yet. Anyone keen?

Well guys i wont be coming for a cruise for a while : <. Today i was heading home from Tech and randomly a car decided to turn into a drive. I slammed by brakes on, stop fine then this Old Pajero 4WD thing came skidding towards me and boom, right into the back. Which pushed me foward quite alot, the force pushed my cap down in front of my eyes, luckily no one was in front of me or the front of mine would be rooted aswell.
It's done quite alot of damage, ive got some pics so ill post em up here.
Not a very happy camper at the moment :<. Going down to dads mate who owns a few panel shops to get a quote. Looking on the bright side, ill get a new calais centre peice, all of the rust done. And where some of the paint isn't matched, sprayed. But yea :<
