i reckon there is quite a possibility these cars have been photoshopped to a degree. there is nothing to disguise anything on them. seems a little odd...

hmmm I remember seeing eaarly pics of the AU before it came out, it was practically covered in masking tape, LOL. The shape change between EL -AU was dramatic, so I can understand the large cover up. I wouldn't be surprised if it does look different to those pics. LOL Vanquish it doesn't matter what people say and what their opinions are, coz 9/10 it's gonna be different to yours. Everyone has the odd disagreement from time to time, (I had 2 yesterday - be easier if I didn't always have to prove I'm right!) LOL hahaha. It's all good boys.

Correctamundo (said in Samuel L's voice). Why the F@ck are people even fighting over this. In September, we'll se who's right and wrong. Those who are wrong can eat their hats, those who got it right can gloat... in September.

Yeah so till then this is all sepculation. But there are 2 facts that has been proven. 1. 351 can give sh*t out but gets annoyed when he Receives it back. 2. Vanquish in infact the loser. No speculation with those facts.

Just incase nobody knows this yet holden is putting 3 different displacements in their v6's in the vz, the engines will be 2.8,3.2, and 3.6 litres in size, a 6 litre v8 is also being made which might just be put in the vz too, it wil definitely b in the series 2 if tnot series 1. The v8 is made for a new chev, compression is around 10:1, i cant find the article but this engine is pretty full on for stock and i cant wait 2 c it in the vz, its been called LS2 apparently, which is a decent name for the engine to replace the LS1

There's a GEN III LS6, why would they make a new one called the LS2 ?

not sure but the name doesnt really matter, once i find the article ill put up the info on how its been built for the chev, but it puts out sum huge numbers so they might tone it down a little for the commodore

VZ will be getting the 3.6 only. BTW, saw a red VZ SS ute driving on the Western Hwy in Deer Park today, nearly snapped my neck turning to see it! Front looked exactly the same as the blue sedan in the spy pics, however it did not have the side vent thing in the guard. In my opinion it looks really good. Much better in real life than in the pictures.

did the ute have a revised rear end at all?

I only caught a quick glimpse of the rear but it appeared unchanged from the VYII.
