[I]hey guys, well i converted my girlfriends n/a vl to vlt and it had 278000 or so on it. Motor was always very quiet but now after a quick couple of thoasand everything seems to be cool and i reckon if i dont batter it when i use it there will be plenty of kilometers left in her. Probably another 100000k at least. later guys markoshyp

My 88 berlina has done 230k with nothing major except 2 afm's and one cas since i've owned it for 3 years, i've put 45k on it myself in that time. My grandparents 88 executive did 360k with nothing more than a melted fusebox that i know of b4 they sold it at the start of the year (they owned it since new)...

had 400,000 on my old one before I traded it. Never missed a beat, always started first time. Little bit of noise from the lifters, but thats to be expected.

mines done 283000km, still starts first pop and goes like **** off a shiny shovel. only problem is the auto's a bit tired because it spent the last 8 years of its life towing horses.

Mine reads 425 325 but my speedo is stuffed. I got the real KM's checked and it's really only got just over 210 000 on the clock. Only had the radiator changed, everything else is stock and my mates are jealous cos it's the smoothest ride they've ever been in!! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Mine's just nudging on 318,000kms and the only thing done to the engine was the replacement of all piston rings 94,000kms ago - only a month after I bought it off my lead-footed mate. It's been serviced meticulously ever since (every 5000kms) and has shown no signs of slowing down at all.
