now the W6 is a great sub, but you cannot go on saying kicker is **** etc etc, thats your opinion mate, people here need facts..
i used to sell and use kicker gear, 15" L7..
have you heard of the soloX? tested as one the the worlds best subs, for SQ and SPL..
i suggest trying out this gear b4 baggin it! seriously the low end of kickers products may not be the best, but you go and listen to the top end..

VL commy, i was considering a similar design if i keep my VL, just wondering whats the legalities in driving round with an enclosure instead of a backseat>?
does it just have to be mounted properly?
well to do it legally i believe you have to completely remove the rear seatbelts and have the car re-registered as a 2 seater car. Mine is not like this daily, only have it setup like that for comps.
Kicker L5's and L7's r good but Jl are just as good, and as for kicker comps and pissy little cheap crap, if u had a certificate in car audio u should know better than to buy cheap crap.
It's been put on hold for a lil while, I'm going to next prepare the false floor setup seeing as I have purchased most of the stereo system already Brace yourselves... I'll keep you posted as progress comes along... Still might be a lil while though.
