No, it doesnt.... though im pretty sure its been resprayed the standard 'pearl white' at some stage, as there is no badging on it, and no holes where the badges went... my mates VL, when he took of the 'fuel injection' badge, he had holes there... Stuff it, i will go get the VIN number ... that should answer my q... Thanks! JaxonD24 Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I've completly debadged my exec, and the only badge that had holes is the holden lion on the front above the grill, all the others are just stuck on.

hi. I just re-read my last post here and it might have seemed i was subtley disputing the fact that they are stuck on... i wasnt ... its funny that my mate (well, hes a mates mate, so not really my mate )... told me that cos i think he thinks he is a bit of a holden (vl) buff... Off the subject, but i got some 17" x 7.5" BARB chromes yesterday! I didnt buy tyres for them though, the guy was tryna sell me $100 remoulds, but i wanna pay of the mags and then get some decent tyres.. i cant do both at once . Cant wait to get them on though! Anybody know the BARB mags? Ya think they will look nice? Cya. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

How is the price for vehicle registration determined? Are ALL vl's the same in regards to rego? Cos they think my car is a BERLINA for some reason, and i dont think it is... I wouldnt be paying more cos they have it registered as a higher model than an SL would i? I dunno. Im not an RTA officer... JaxonD24.

But if you write off your car you might get more back from insurance(if you have insurance) if it is classed as a Berlina

and if they looked at the wreck and discovered it wasnt a berlina, you probably wouldnt get anything from em Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I've had VN SS seats that I tried to put in my VL S2, and they woudlnt fit the VL rails .. unfortunatly I didnt have the VN rails to use, but the VN seats would not fit to the VL rails. ended up selling the seats as cash got tight, was easier than chasing down some VN rails .. But they might fit if you use VN rails ..

beige as in tan? or as in grey? the grey are harder to find, but the tans should be everywhere .. dunno about calais, but in normal trim level anyway .. I had no problem sourcing a set ..

Just another Calais, Berlina option that the Executive and SL's did'nt have and that was the inner door windlace rubber you know the one where you open the door that holds the roof lining in and tucks under the plastic carpet hold down scuffplates. Well the Calais and Berlinas had a black strip of rubber glued to the windlace to insulate against windnoise and water leakage where as the Executives and SL's only had the windlace. The windlace was in interior colour too so if you had a grey interior it was grey but the Calais and Berlinas only had extra rubber fitted.
